I work from an attachment lens and use a person-centered, holistic approach. I believe that mental health encompasses more than just our emotional well-being. I understand that our physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being all intersect to inform our overall mental health and I encourage my clients to bring all parts of themselves to therapy.
