Email is the best way to contact. As a queer and non-binary therapist, I understand the importance of feeling represented and validated by those in the healthcare field. My goal is to co-create a safe and supportive space for you to explore and celebrate your authentic self, while also developing strategies to manage difficult life transitions, daily stressors, and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with those in the LGBTQIA+, polyamorous and consensual non-monogamy, and kink communities.
I provide a trauma-informed therapeutic approach that is rooted in a feminist and anti-oppression framework. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and EMDR, and my orientation is influenced by philosophical and spiritual components of Buddhist mindfulness practice. I aim to develop appropriate and effective treatment strategies that fit you.
I believe healing and transformative work is built on a trusting, sacred, and collaborative therapeutic relationship that honors your strengths and inherent wisdom. I offer all prospective clients a free no-pressure 15 minute introductory phone meeting where we can discuss what you are looking for and how I can best provide you support.
