I use multiple methods of therapeutic approaches with my clients, as everyone’s journey in therapy is unique and meaningful. While building an open and honest relationship, we will discover effective coping skills and new ways to look at the issues that effect you without judgement.

I frequently work with young adults and teenagers, anxiety, depression, trauma related disorders, school stress, foster care, adoption, cancer/oncology, and self harm behaviors.
