My passion is providing proven therapies in a warm, approachable way. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Both approaches are incredibly effective and supported by science and I'm thrilled to be able offer them to my clients.
