We do not heal by white knuckling our way through behavior modification, but by engaging with and processing the wounds of our past. My passion is stories, and regardless of who you are or what you have been through, your story is worth being told.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with varying unwanted behaviors or emotions. I work with compassion to explore how the wounds of the past are a part of the individual's present reality.
