My approach includes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and Adlerian Psychology. As a graduate student, I work under the supervision of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Sandra Beekmann, of SanaMente Counseling (SMC). I offer sliding scale and pro bono services to qualifying clients.
