Shame and guilt can show up in our lives in ways we sometimes don’t quite understand. While I do work with many populations, I find I work well with women identities and queer folx who have endured, searching for someone to truly listen, hear, and empower to live with authenticity.
My approach to therapy is psychodynamic with a touch of humanistic theories such as emotion-focused, somatic, and narrative. I come from a place of sex positivity, kink positivity, poly/ENM/CNM positivity, queer theory, and SAIGE. That is a lot of acronyms to say I offer space for all of those who have ever felt silenced.
Together, we will uncover and identify common thoughts, patterns, emotions, and experiences throughout your life. Through curiosity, we can uncover and honor the parts of you that are unrecognized. I offer free consultations, and I cannot wait to hear your story.
