I work with individuals, couples, and families that are in need of rebalance in their lives. My specialty is working with adolescents and young adults (ages 16+). I have experience working with individuals who have struggled with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, and trauma. I also offer trauma intensives for faster relief!

ADHD Parent Support Group
Are you a parent seeking to understand and support your child with ADHD? This ADHD parent support group is for you! This group is dedicated to empowering parents with the knowledge, tools, and emotional support needed to celebrate and nurture their child’s unique strengths and needs. It will be offered virtually via Zoom on Monday evenings from 7-8 pm starting 9/16/2024 and run for five sessions until 10/21/2024. Sessions are $35 each or $150 for all 5 sessions (if paid in advance) and BCBS insurance will be accepted. Parents with children ages 18 and younger in NC are welcome.
