I utilize mindfulness-centered techniques such as somatic experiencing to enhance awareness and deepen the mind-body connection. Trained in EMDR, I offer sessions to help you process and heal from past traumas. Additionally, I integrate polyvagal theory into treatment to better understand and address stress responses, creating a sense of empowerment.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I believe that every version of you is deserving of love and support. In our therapeutic relationship, you are the expert on your experiences, and I provide grounded therapeutic context.
