Young adulthood can be a really difficult time of wondering who you are and what you're doing with your life.

I believe that support can make all the difference and that you can heal from your past and find hope for your future. I start by getting to know you as an individual. With space to process through difficult experiences, I offer a trauma-informed perspective that holds out hope for you and gives you skills you can take with you after you finish therapy.

Helping young women live full lives and know who they are despite challenges that inevitably come is my passion. I'll guide you as we possibly work through a loss, navigate boundary setting, or examine patterns of behavior that leave you feeling stuck.
