As a therapist dedicated to supporting those with anxiety and autism spectrum disorder, I offer tailored support for neurodivergent individuals, recognizing each person's unique style of thinking and relating to others. My approach combines evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and principles from Attachment Theory, all tailored to your unique needs.
Our work together will involve examining and reshaping thought patterns, exploring how you tell your story, and understanding your patterns of relating to others.
