You know yourself best, and I hope to help guide you in the journey of improving your quality of life. We all need help from an outside perspective from time to time; I create a safe, non-judgmental, environment to help you with your goals. Battling anxiety? Wanting to grow into a more authentic you? Let's work together to meet these struggles head on.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University. I work with teens and adults in family, couples, and individual therapy. I specialize in helping the LGBT community, people struggling with anxiety, and trauma survivors.
I look forward to working with folks wanting to deepen their mind-body connection, learn new nervous system regulation skills and heal from trauma. My training in Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Attachment Theory provides structure to work with those suffering from psychosomatic symptoms like migraines, nausea, & nightmares.
