Reauthoring the Story of ADHD
This group, led by Kaitlyn Myers-Brooks, is held virtually and designed for individuals who have personally experienced ADHD. Participants will be able to explore narratives around ADHD and the impact of language around ADHD on self esteem. Growing up Neurodivergent
This group, led by Kaitlyn McInnes, is offered to adults who have experienced neurodivergence, whether formally diagnosed, or not. The sessions are held weekly in a virtual format.
