This group, led by Kaitlyn McInnes, is offered to adults who have experienced neurodivergence, whether formally diagnosed, or not. The sessions are held weekly in a virtual format. Reauthoring the Story of ADHD
This group, led by Kaitlyn Myers-Brooks, is held virtually and designed for individuals who have personally experienced ADHD. Participants will be able to explore narratives around ADHD and the impact of language around ADHD on self esteem.
