Do racing, anxious thoughts and restless feelings dominate your day and prevent you from easily making decisions? Does your brain and body feel difficult to manage? Most of my clients struggle with "big" emotions, fear abandonment, and often blow up at others. Drinking, smoking, shopping, and sex is how they often impulsively self-soothe. Relationships are often difficult to create and keep due to past sexual, family, and religious traumas that are coming out as intense thoughts, feelings, and actions that feel hard to stop. If you overthink, feel guilt, shame, self-loathing, and exhaustion most of the time, change is possible.
I specialize in empowering queer, neurodiverse adults who are highly sensitive, anxious, fear abandonment, and experience various repeated issues in their relationships with skills and awareness to regulate their own emotions and process trauma. I use a holistic approach which includes tapping, yoga, guided meditation, art, and somatic parts work.
Together, we’ll work to deepen your self-awareness, heal past traumas, and cultivate resilience. My goal is to support you to embrace your unique identity and navigate life's challenges with confidence. Whether you're seeking to understand your emotions better, improve your relationships, or enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to grow with you.
