Are you an athlete tired of having a complicated relationship with food, your body, and exercise? Self-criticism, anxiety, and disordered eating are starting to impact your mood and performance. As a former Division 1 athlete, I recognize the challenges of balancing your emotional and physical well-being. I specialize in helping high performers improve their confidence, recover from eating disorders, manage anxiety, and heal from trauma for lasting change.
As an eating disorder therapist, I use evidenced based approaches to identify and address the root causes that influence eating behaviors, including anxiety, trauma, and body image issues. As a sports counselor, I provide athletes with skills to overcome performance slumps, fear of failure, self-doubt, and burn out.
