I work in the realms of personal growth, trauma healing, embodiment, and spiritual exploration. My clients are seekers and free-thinkers who have come to a point in their lives in which they feel ready to encounter and explore the deeper layers of themselves, and are committed to addressing the root causes of their challenges. Sometimes this is a time of heightened vulnerability, when the past processes and ways of being no longer seem to work.
Drawing upon the wisdom of depth psychology, somatic, and IFS (parts work) modalities, I will hold gentle space for you as you tap into the wisdom contained within your own psyche and body. My clients engage in a process of ever deepening self-awareness and experience openings in their ability to cultivate and experience more creativity, resilience and joy.
At the heart of my work, I guide clients in their own self-discovery process, helping them cultivate new pathways of meaning and supporting them as they create more balanced and fulfilling lives. In addition to traditional psychotherapy services, I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as well as process groups and women’s circles.
