Hi there, I’m Sam - welcome to my practice. With my warm gentle nature and holistic approach, I support my clients in uncovering their true resilient selves. I love working with young adults and women who are looking to find relief from trauma, PTSD, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief, as well as those seeking support with perfectionism, relationships, dating, identity, spirituality, sexuality, and creativity. I see therapy as a journey of discovering the parts of you that have been in hiding – maybe the parts that you thought were unlovable or shameful.

In our relationship, we will work together to help you develop a nurturing and compassionate relationship with all the different parts of you. By cultivating this new relationship with yourself, you’ll be able to connect to your inner strength, resiliency, and self-esteem.

I believe our minds and bodies have an innate wisdom to heal after challenging life experiences. My therapeutic style integrates depth therapy with trauma-informed somatic practices, mindfulness, parts/ inner child work, and self-compassion. I also use EMDR, Brainspotting, and Hakomi which help to process and integrate trauma that has been stuck in the body.
