Hello! My name is Moe. We all come with unique strengths, weaknesses, needs, histories, and personalities but those many pieces of who we are often get tangled up and lost as we balance our relationships, families, jobs, and the many pressures of life. When was the last time you got to safely explore all parts of yourself without fear of judgment? I am here to provide that safe place for you to be accepted in all your complexity.

My goal is to connect with you and help you reconnect with what makes you be you. I am trained in the Safe and Sound protocol and EMDR therapy, both of which help regulate the nervous system and return to a calm state. EMDR is highly effective for many issues including trauma, anxiety, phobias, depression, and panic.
