I utilize attachment and systems-based orientations in conjunction with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients heal and experience their lives more fully.
I particularly work with highly sensitive people, trauma, parenting, and attachment issues. I have 10+ years experience working with individuals and families. I also have extensive training and experience working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly ADHD. My work is informed by critical feminist, queer, disability and race theory.
