There are so many reasons to seek out help through counseling and it shows great strength that you are here looking for help! Whether you're looking to heal your relationship with your body and food, work through past trauma, heal from depression and anxiety, or improve your relationships, I would be honored to work with you. My hope as a counselor is to help you explore underlying thoughts & beliefs that may contribute to you feeling stuck and to come alongside you in pursuit of an abundant and fulfilling life.
I work with a variety of clients - especially those who may be suffering with disordered eating and body image, faith and spirituality, anxiety, and depression. In addition, I have completed a trauma program at Richmont Graduate University in hopes of helping those who have endured unspeakable pain and trauma find hope and healing.
I take great care in building trust with my clients and creating a safe environment where they feel comfortable exploring vulnerable parts of themselves with me. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to hold space for you and would love to connect and be a resource for support!
