Welcome! and thank you for your interest. I am a Psychotherapist with a focus in Trauma and treatments of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I am both EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health Certified. I work from a Somatic and Attachment focused framework. I help treat symptoms of depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, trauma and management of highly sensitive traits. I speak English and Spanish.
I work with women, professionals, therapists, first generation and pregnant/postpartum women interested in addressing traumatic life experiences (pregnancy, birth trauma, single incident trauma & relational trauma). In addition to individual therapy I also facilitate a free pregnancy and postpartum support group available to pregnant and new mothers.
If you are struggling and don't feel quite like yourself, you deserve to feel better. Let's work together to find the parts of you that need healing to improve the quality of your life. Wherever you are in your journey. You are not alone!
