Welcome to your journey of growth. As a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience, I believe every individual has the ability to heal, grow, and live a fulfilling life. My background as a Chinese Malaysian who has lived in the U.S. for over a decade has given me a unique perspective on the challenges that immigrants and people of color face. With an integrative, evidence-based approach, I help clients understand what causes them to feel stuck, and what is needed to get unstuck, while providing the expertise and support to develop strategies that would work for them.
My experience has spanned across many settings (hospitals, community centers, college counseling, assessments, forensic), thus I am well-versed in treating many concerns. In particular, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, cultural and identity issues, and life transitions.
Change can be stressful, but in a safe and supportive environment, we can explore the underlying issues that hold you back, gain insight, and work toward resolving them. I prioritize a collaborative, flexible approach to ensure you feel you are a partner in the process. Visit my website and schedule a free consult to learn how therapy can help you.
