My training and experience involves individuals experiencing mood disorders, self-esteem and body image issues, trauma, and relationship conflict including perpetrators and victims of physical and emotional abuse. I've also completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills for Adolescents & Families through Dr. Linehan's Behavioral Tech.
