Most of us are interested in understanding the root causes of our emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and unwanted behaviors. I am passionate about creating lasting change, not only managing symptoms. I have worked with clients dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, relationship trauma, postpartum depression, and anger.
I use concepts from Internal Family Systems, Experiential and Psychodynamic Therapy. With this integrated approach we can work together to examine the patterns rooted in past experiences and present beliefs.
Finding the right therapist is not always easy. If you have questions or want to discuss more of what you need or are looking for I'd love to set up a phone call. I look forward to hearing from you and understanding your hopes and goals for therapy!
