Most of us are interested in understanding the root causes of our emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and unwanted behaviors. I am passionate about creating lasting change, not only managing symptoms. I have worked with clients dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, relationship trauma, postpartum depression, and anger.

I use concepts from Internal Family Systems, Experiential and Psychodynamic Therapy. With this integrated approach we can work together to examine the patterns rooted in past experiences and present beliefs.
