Imagine taking a step towards making your mental health stability as equally important as you do your physical health. Society has indirectly taught us "to be strong", "pray about it", or "it's okay not to be okay". But, what if I was here to tell you that your mental needs have a direct effect to your overall physical health. There's this misconception about seeking therapeutic services and my primary goal is to bridge the gap of mental health stigmas.

My staff is trained and competent in serving ages 13-17, adults, veterans, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those of non-affluent economic backgrounds. I particularly specialize in: depression, anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, substance/alcohol use, women issues, couples challenges, and self-actualization.I will create a non-judgmental and safe place.

There's no greater cause than seeing someone complete and maintain the cycles of change. You do not have to do it alone. It can be challenging but I assure you that once you take the initiative, you will have a therapist who will provide you with all the tools you need to achieve your goals.
