I have over 7 years of experience in the mental health field in addition to 2 years as a clinician working with clients with addictions.
In my clinical work, I focus on the use of psychotherapy to treat a various of issues including behavioral and relationship issues, self-esteem, peer pressure, grief and loss, anger management and stress. I believe with my clinical training and passion for personal growth, along with your dedication to therapy, we can work together to achieve wholeness.
My therapeutic approach is both collaborative and eclectic; providing a variety of interactive therapeutic techniques and methods to meet the needs of my clients. Groups
Anger Transformation Group (Adult)
This virtual group offers a safe space for adults to explore the underlying causes of their anger, identify personal triggers, and develop healthier ways to express and cope with their emotions. Through a combination of guided discussions, practical exercises, and peer support, participants will learn effective communication and conflict resolution skills, stress management techniques, and strategies for maintaining emotional balance. This is a closed group once the participants count has been met the group will close. Each class is $40, Enrollment is $25, and we use a workbook $30 (we will mail to you). This 10-week group will begin September 7, 2024.
