Hello! My name is Riley Bidwell. I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. I work with individuals, couples, and families work through an array of circumstances including but not limited to, trauma, relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+ related issues, major life transitions, and so on. Maybe you can shake the feeling of anxiety. Maybe it's hard to get up out of bed. Maybe you feel trapped by your own thoughts. Maybe you and your partner are stuck in a constant loop of conflict. I believe that people can move through problems easier when they are met with empathy, hope, and connection.
With an educational background in marriage and family therapy, I am able to collaborate with clients to co-create or "re-author" a new story of growth and healing. The path of recovery from trauma is wonderful and beautiful while also daunting. I am skilled at helping clients with this process and helping people thrive.
