I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. My areas of focus are relationship issues, infidelity, blended families, attachment injuries, trauma, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, depression, and anxiety. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for my clients to feel heard, validated and understood.
Therapy can be very intimidating and can feel unpredictable. It is my goal to make this process as comfortable as possible, while acting as an advocate and guide during treatment.
