I offer psychodynamic, trauma informed therapy with an emphasis on facilitating a safe relationship in which new understanding can emerge. I work with people from all walks of life to help develop greater self-understanding, lessen emotional suffering, and make sense of past experiences. My training in infant mental health helps me understand how early experiences continue to influence adult development, from our approaches to parenting to satisfaction in relationships.
