My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental and culturally sensitive safe space for youth, adolescents, and adults to feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe this is one of the crucial elements of growth and change, and I am ready to walk alongside you on your journey to wellness. It can be hard to process and unpack difficult emotions and past events & experiences alone. Together, we can explore all of the things that have shaped you into the person you are today.
I take a person-centered, strength-based approach to empower clients to explore their emotions. My areas of interest and expertise include anxiety, perfectionism stemming from overly critical parents, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration; and I am constantly working towards expanding my clinical expertise.
No matter where you are on your journey, I'm so glad you've decided to take the big step of allowing someone in to help. I am honored to have the opportunity to work together to help you meet your goals.
