As a fellow human, I know life can get complicated, and you are not alone. Having a deep and meaningful connection with someone who can provide compassion and gentle guidance can be incredibly helpful as we heal. I believe that my role as a therapist is to provide an inviting space to support you as you travel through life’s tough roads to healing. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care. I help my clients with issues related to current or past trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions.
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) to help clients process current and past trauma, resolve anxiety, and process grief. I also tend to utilize many skills-based techniques to help you reach your goals.
I admire anyone who can take those first few steps to healing and am honored to be apart of that process. Reach out today to see if I might be the right fit for you, and my intake coordinator through Center for Resilience Strategies will get you scheduled.
