Welcome! My name is Gina and I am here to help. Are things feeling out of control? Do you struggle to find motivation and/or feel overwhelmed in life? Are old ways of coping no longer working for you? I focus on working with adults who struggle with anxiety and/or depression, and all of the challenges that accompany these experiences. Daily and chronic struggles can affect relationships, sleep patterns, physical health, work performance, and fulfillment. I recognize that we are all unique individuals and I work alongside you in self-exploration to address your own personal needs.
Factors that I consider in our work together include the various systems you are a part of, possible trauma dynamics, relationships, spirituality, cultural impacts, values, and health and wellness. I also take an integrative approach and often utilize internal family systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, and mindfulness-based practices.
I know the courage it takes to reach out for help and I’m glad you made it here! For a lot of us, we don’t reach out until it feels like we don’t have any other option and taking that leap can be intimidating and scary. I believe we all have an inner strength, resiliency, and desire to grow, and I will help to support you in discovering that.
