I am passionate about supporting couples, families, and individuals in pursuing relational growth towards positive change. As your therapist, I am committed to helping your family move towards hope and healing, and learning how kids, adolescents, and parents can better relate at home, school, and in daily life.
I work with couples and parents on communication to better understand the nuances of life. I specialize in helping teens and tweens with family relationships, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I enjoy working with adolescents through family therapy as well as individually to address their defined needs.
I understand that couples and family therapy is scary, but I believe that if one part of the family is struggling, the entire family is often a part of co-creating the solution.
