At Larch Counseling, we believe people have a relationship with a problem, and are not themselves the problem. When we start from this viewpoint, we are able to work together to figure out ways to remove the influence of problems on your life, while at the same time building on your own strengths. My therapeutic style is direct, compassionate, and engaging. I am most passionate about supporting survivors of trauma and domestic violence, and individuals who are navigating life with chronic illnesses.
I have extensive training in working with trauma, and I am certified in Lifespan Integration Levels 1 and 2. I am certified in Gottman Levels 1 and 2, Gottman Treating Affairs and Trauma, and Gottman Couples and Addiction.
