I know it can feel like a challenge to ask for help - I know because I've done it myself. You've started to reflect on some of the things that have happened to you in life, maybe based on the way you were raised or significant events that have altered your way of living and thinking. You may feel stuck, you want more from your life and you want to change. You understand that in order to make change, you've got to work through some layers of your mind that can be inhibiting your growth. Allowing another person to hold your story with you sounds iffy but there is deep relief in knowing you are not alone.
I'm a trauma focused therapist, emphasizing the importance of mind-body healing as core to the work that we will do. I am experienced in working with PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-image issues, eating disorders, childhood abuse/neglect, and family issues. I'm a first generation Asian American woman supporting others who are finding their voice!
I practice nonjudgment and acceptance of others and myself. When you call me I will receive you with that same practice. Like I said, I know it can be hard to ask for help -- but I believe that we can get you to a place where you are going to do so much more. I offer outdoor/ecotherapy sessions to residents in Charlotte, NC
