I specialize in Attachment and Developmental Trauma, Codependency, and Christian Spirituality. My focus is on the spiritual nature of the human experience from a Christian worldview. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, faith-based and biblical counseling, and ACT.
I am gentle yet challenging, playful, and attuned to your needs. You'll be met with a loving, honest, shame-free, and nurturing presence with me.
