As a clinician, my primary focus is to meet you with authenticity on your journey to self-discovery & serve as a guide as you take steps forward. Together, we will walk alongside each other to create a safe space to feel & heal. I enjoy working with clients that are curious to better understand where complex emotions are coming from & explore tools that are personalized to support my clients' growth & wellness. I have worked with clients navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, addiction, mania, loss, low self esteem, & psychosis to achieve increased balance & self compassion.

We will collage together an eclectic & individualized plan as we focus on self empowerment & care. I approach my sessions with a trauma informed, strengths based framework to create peace, acceptance & change as we honor the human experience.
