I love helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and many other issues not listed here. I love working with fellow millennials, helping them experiencing the “quarter-life crisis.” I also love working with individuals seeking therapy when they come from a culture that frowns upon it and carrying struggles.
I conduct sessions in both English and Mandarin. My clients and I explore the ways thoughts, feelings, and behavior are connected. Sometimes we work on practical skills, and sometimes we do some self-exploration.
