I am passionate in working with BIPOC women experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Being an Asian woman with multinational background, I bring a unique perspective to my counseling practice. I understand the intricacies of cultural nuances and the courage it takes to seek support. This background gave me profound insight into the struggles faced by my underrepresented clients and fosters a deep sense of connection and understanding.

As a trauma-informed counselor, my specialty lies in person-centered therapy, Brainspotting, ACT, and IFS (parts work), empowering you to overcome past wounds without exhaustive verbal expression. Whether you seek to navigate cultural complexities or the impact of capitalism and patriarchy, I'm here to advocate for your well-being.
