Anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relational discord, spirituality, and parenting issues are some of the most common concerns I have seen in therapy. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families in overcoming these issues and would love to help you as well. Humans are resilient and I strongly believe you are capable of growth, healing, and change. I specialize in working with parents and couples. Healthy couple and parent-child relationships are crucial to mental well-being and I believe working with these dynamics has the most power for change and healing. Additionally, I enjoy working with children and I hope to support you as an individual and a parent so that you can be the best YOU for them.
