I enjoy working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life challenges, mood instability, grief and negative self-worth. I work with couples in building communication and conflict management skills and creating emotional connection.

Groups
Grief and Loss Process Group
An in-person supportive group setting for someone who is grieving the death of a loved one or a loss in their life. This group is open, in that you can attend any of the sessions and do not need to commit to each week. Working through grief is an array of emotions that can include sadness, anxiety, regret, guilt and anger. Walking this journey with group support allows someone who is grieving to not endure grief alone.
