Groups
Understanding Self & Others - Online Process Group
This group will help you learn how to better know and be known by others, explore vulnerability, and see – in real time – the impact that you have on others, as well as the impact they have on you. Group offers a place to try out new behaviours, explore new ways of being, and share parts of yourself that may otherwise be hidden. This helps us learn to cope with the difficult emotions that arise in interpersonal interactions by providing the support to put thoughts and feelings into words, allowing us to share what often remains only within.

Healing for Healers: Group Therapy for Therapists
This provides a supportive, confidential space designed specifically for early career therapists to focus on their well-being. The group fosters personal healing, emotional support, and peer connection, allowing therapists to share and process feelings related to the demands of their profession. Participants will find a safer, nurturing space to prioritize their mental health, develop coping strategies, and gain mutual support from others in the field.
