My specialties are trauma and anxiety. I use EMDR and attachment theory to address the roots of distress, and practical CBT strategies to calm spiralling thoughts and manage anxiety. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I am committed to providing competent, non-judgmental, and affirmative services.
