Hello! I am passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food & their body, break free from mental & emotional suffering, and live meaningful & joyful lives. Along with my lived experience of eating disorder recovery and my work as a psychotherapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I have over a decade of professional experience in holistic health services, including yoga teaching, addiction & mental health counselling, body positive personal training, and intuitive eating coaching. Services supervised under Michelle Sorensen, M.Ed., Clinical Psychologist #5770.

My practice centers eating disorders, disordered eating & body image concerns, including: anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, chronic dieting, orthorexia, compulsive exercise, emotional eating, and struggles with body & self acceptance. For individuals 18+ and residents of Ontario only. In-person & virtual options.

I provide trauma-informed and client-centered support, using frameworks such as: CBT, mindfulness & self-compassion, existential/meaning-centered, Intuitive Eating, & weight-inclusive principles.
