I've worked in both clinical mental health units, private practice, hospice and palliative care, and bereavement support.

I utilize various psychotherapeutic theories, including, Rogerian Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Logotherapy and more.
