I work from a humanistic, strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive & sex-positive framework & tailor my approach so it reflects your unique individuality. I extensive experience working with survivors of sexual violence, helping them shift from a space of surviving to thriving, & reclaiming parts of themselves they may feel they had lost to trauma.

I aim to create a nurturing, compassionate and empathetic environment where you will feel seen, heard, and safe to openly express yourself. My practice is inclusive of all cultural and gender identities, as well as the entire LGBTQIA2S+ community.
