Anxiety, social relationships, and trauma recovery are my specialties. Specifically, I am best suited for those who are needing support with creating and keeping social connections, adults experiencing difficult relationships with family, or those who are struggling with "getting over" specific worries or life events. I have over ten years' experience counselling those with relationship challenges and issues with work-life balance, and I have extensive experience seeing professionals with high pressure occupations. I also have training and experience treating PTSD, OCD, and various types of anxiety.
I offer a down-to earth, pragmatic style of therapy. I am warm and have a wicked sense of humour, and use it to make the therapeutic experience as approachable as possible. I am structured in my approach, and lean heavily into collaboration and teamwork to help you reach your goals and overcome the most difficult challenges of human experience.
