My areas of clinical focus include substance abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life changes or transitions. I also specialize in the treatment of specific trauma such as Complex PTSD and PTSD.

Therapy can often be uncomfortable and vulnerable. I help balance this with acceptance and encouragement while also challenging change in clients to help them reach their determined goals.
