I specialize in working with men navigating complex issues such as infidelity, substance abuse, impulse control, relational violence, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of those “behaving badly.” I hold people in a compassionate container while they do the hard work of self-reflection and change.
My clinical approach developed working with incarcerated individuals where I learned that the therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for healing, even in life's darkest places. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and valued. Together, we will work to identify your goals and develop practical strategies to achieve them.
